VECTORS & PIXELS WORKSHOP
Francisco Martínez shares his knowlede and provide mentorship towards the training of digital art skills for understanding and work the most common formats for digital art, pixels and vectors.
Digital Art Techniques training is available to anyone who has a wish or need to create imagery for business or fun. Anyone with access to photography from a phone or tablet, or can produce original images by hand, can open the door to the creative world of graphic possibilities.
This workshop will teach the basic concepts of how images are made, manipulated, stored and edited. We begin with studying examples of logotypes, symbols and other iconic imagery in order to understand how they were produced. Same as when photography work is included, we will revise formats and process of digital works.
Participants will learn how to produce, control and reproduce any kind of images and formats, using pixel patterns, color palettes, transparencies, collages or photoedigint. After a thorough understanding of the various formats (vectors and pixels), we will be able to combine techniques, and know which formats are best suited for screens or printing.

The technique or emphasis will be agreed between each group, over a general overview that include, if is necessary bases of photography concepts for image editing such as photoshop, and the formats and common enhances for art direction or just quality improvement, or tricks for enlarge and manage pixel interpolation.
Also the bases for understand and draw with vectors, to create typography compositions, documents, banners or posters.
