Rebeca Silva Roquefort is an academic of the Universidad de Chile, currently part of the Instituto de la Vivienda – INVI (Institute of Housing) at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism. Currently PhD student of Architecture at the Universidad de Madrid, and hold a diploma in Ergonomics issued by the Medicine Faculty of Universidad de Chile.
She have collaborated with research work that have stablished national standards, and pursuit the obligation to promote transdisciplinary integration and various social classifications. On her lectures for undergraduate studies focus the contents and research under two main concepts: “Social Ecology” and “Healthy Cities” parameters for sustainability, ergonomic and urbanism for the well-being.
Professor Silva is part of the University senate and is delegate to connect with national endeavors such as “El Congreso del Futuro” (Congress for the Future) and professional networking for interdisciplinary research.
