INCLUDES
Accommodation (with breakfast) at all program destinations, all instruction, land transportation between excursion destinations, basic in-city transportation passes, selected extra-curricular activities and/or events and workshops, on-site orientation, pre-departure information, Certificate of Completion
NOT INCLUDED
Airfare tickets to and from Prague, Czech Republic; Meals other than breakfast, Travel Medical Insurance (required), University credit or tuition charged by home institutions– Affiliated Universities may require payment of tuition for credit; Students from not affiliated Educational Institutions, must inquire their options with their home institution in order to guarantee credits.
The Future School designs exceptional programs regarding access to experts, communities and locations, and at the same time keeping it accessible and affordable.
ACCOMMODATION
Students are housed in a pension where 2-4 students share a bright and spacious room. Breakfast is included and each room has a refrigerator and kettle. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance from the pension which is located in the popular Vinohrady sector of Prague. An easy tram or metro ride gets one to the classroom. All students receive in-city travel passes to ride on trams, metro and buses. An orientation upon arrival acquaints students with the mass transit system, currency and social customs. Maps and phrase books are provided.

“Making it Better: Prague – Industrial Design Studio” is a program offered through Appalachian State University Industrial Design Program. Spaces for students from other Universities are limited and regulated by Appalachian State University for credits and transcript,and students will incur additional fees to the University.
